Need your help,

I installed PO8 in Windows95 platform and it's run well before, I can accessed the database via both sqlplus80, and sqlplus33. But after installing Microsoft Personal Web Server, PO8 listener can not startup anymore, cause of that I can not connect to my PO8 database via listener (It's still connecting with Plus80 but I cannot use my D2K). Please help me, how can I fix this listener problem ?
