My Oracle works (VERY) fine on local network, with TCP/IP.
Once I place the machine holding Oracle on the Net (with a fix IP) I am unable to connect to with any program (Navigator, SQL+....). I can ping the machine and remote it with PcANywhere but why can't I connect Oracle client? I try the IP address+ several port (1521 i.e), nothing happens!! It seems missing something!!
