Oracle 11i TCA Customer Architecture experience
Sr. Manager, Information Technology or Sr. Project Manager
Purpose:
To lead and manage the implementation of new systems and processes that supports the Order Management / Workflow, Customer Architecture and Customer Reporting requirements of the Customer Operations organization.
Qualifications:
· Must have strong experience with packaged applications and processes Preferably Oracle.
· Ability to write and speak well
· Demonstrated ability to facilitate issue identification and resolution
· Project management experience in a leadership role
· Experience managing and leading staff in a large corporate environment
· Ability to multi-task and build consensus
· Bachelors Degree Or equivalent required
Accountabilities:
· Manage the full scope implementation of the Order Management & Customer Architecture and Reporting process
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with teams comprised of matrixed resources with aggressive timelines and high standards
· Provide operational accountability to the Customer Operations organization
· Think outside the box and initiate new ideas to the project to create improved business processes
· Validate business process against technical architecture
· Prepare detailed technical acceptance test plans
