Hi

i can not ship confirm , I entry new sale order , are have step below.

Sale Order Number : 21018002 , 21018003
STEP.
1. Booked
2. Pick Release , Batch has generated. ( Batch number :19855 )
3. Ship Confirm , I can not ship ?
and has messahe error : APP-APP-17611 Details required and detail quantity must equal line quantity.
ASK.
How Batch can ship confirm and batch close complete ?
