Oracle Applications Division - Manufacturing Applications - EQM
Join the Oracle Manufacturing Applications product development team to provide business functionality relating to Enterprise Quality Management. Be a part of the Oracle Quality development team and undertake the unique challenge of implementing sophisticated Enterprise Quality Management(EQM) features in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Self-Service Internet system.
RESPONSIBILITIES - You will be responsible for high quality and timely releases of Oracle Quality.
· Write test plans & perform unit, integration, system, volume, certification testing & rifle-shots. Test can be manual and/or automated. Log bugs and follow-through to completion of the fix.
· Bring up the testing environments (including databases) and develop, execute, debug and fix automated test suites.
· Device mechanisms to test the product running in the intranet, and the internet - applications include ERP.
· Perform code walkthroughs and reviews - catch problems at the source.
· Make sure code conforms to Applications Development Standards.
· Analyze product bugs for continuous improvement. Institute corrective actions when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be a results oriented person, capable of meeting deadlines with the highest quality deliverables.
· Must possess excellent technical, functional and communication skills.
· Previous experience in product development, testing complex business applications running on intranet and internet.
· Deep understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and techniques.
· Excellent analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, quick learner, pay great attention to details.
· B Tech/M Tech in CS, Engineering or related field w/ 1-5 yrs experience.
· Experience in Oracle RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, Developer/2000, Java
· Experience in Unix, Windows NT operating systems.
· Experience using Oracle Manufacturing Applications, a big plus.
