I read your meno. there are a number of question for me...
first, you said " you need to inteface..." my question is whether you want to interface something or you want to convert something.. it is so different between interface and conversion to solve problem.
Anyway, if you need to interface PR and PO from external
system. you'd better use Open Interface Table.
But It don't support PO. first make PR, then make PO with a concurrent program.
Second, you said "you want to check fund before the PR creation." My question is "Why do you want to use the function that check fund" In my exprience, it is not useful to check funds before the PR creation.
if you want to do ... it is possible...
