Help with Autoinvoice and Order Header flexfields

When I use a flexfield in the Order header ( I tried attribute6
and attribute13) for an order that has Frieght ,then ship the
order and run AutoInovice, I get two invoices created. One for the part I entered and another (not printable) for the freight.
I don't have a clue why.
