To answer your question, I would look at which suite actually offers you the most features you want. Then are you doing a brand new installation? How about your existing system? How about your existing data? Do all of these packages solve all your business needs.
SAP does offer more features than Oracle. Oracle is quicker to install. I could go on but you need to answer my above questions.
