I have a master degree in accounting/tax, and I have working experience as a CPA for the past 4-5 years. I am in the process of changing my career and taking classes with an authorized Oracle training center. I should be able to get my OCP as a DBA in a few months but I am interested in being an Oracle financial professional/financial systems analyst utilizing oracle financials. I just plan to obtain the DBA cert as a stepping stone since I have no technical background in computer science or IT). If I do not plan to take classes on OFA, will a company be willing to hire me and train me as an Oracle Financial professional? What are credentials should I obtain. Pls advise, thanks!
